Todd was Jackie's boss at the Cheese Palace who had a massive crush on her.
Character[]
In Leo Loves Kitty Todd is first seen in his Cheese shop when Jackie, who recently started the job as the cheese maiden, is frustrated when Kelso is hired to be the underwear model; because of the news this causes Jackie to be upset (due to her wanting to be a model herself), dismisses him and continues to work. When Kelso tries to reason with her Todd rudely tells him to leave, much to Jackie’s surprise. Kelso tries to reason with the other man that he’s her boyfriend, only for Todd to tell Kelso that at the workplace he’s a customer like every man, woman and child who walk into the establishment to buy cheese, with Jackie agreeing with him. Although Kelso doesn’t have any money but promises to get some to buy a cheese and tells off Todd that they’ll see who’s boyfriend that Jackie belongs.
After Kelso lies to Jackie of quitting the modeling job, Kelso goes behind her back and continues to model. The next day Jackie sees an underwear ad with Kelso’s face on it, angering her furthermore. Todd tells her that Kelso is a jerk and compliments that she smells nice, surprising her but doesn’t say anything. Later that day after Kelso leaves the cheese shop and ends the argument with him telling her that he’s not leaving the modeling job, Jackie tries to call out to him but to no avail. Todd shows up and tells her that if he was her boyfriend he would give up modeling for her, once again surprising Jackie. Later that evening Jackie shows up at Kelso’s workplace and tries to talk to her boyfriend, only for Kelso to do the exact same thing by dismissing her and continues doing photo shoots, ignoring her. As a rejected Jackie looks on Todd shows up (due to him witnessing the argument) and comforts her. When Todd suggests that they should go see a movie to get her mind off of Kelso, Jackie agrees and leaves with him.
In Jackie's Cheese Squeeze Todd was sweeping the floors when Jackie shows up (who’s shift had ended a half hour earlier) and uses the workplace telephone to contact Kelso who was supposed to come pick her up but chooses to watch the rest of the episode of The Jetsons but doesn’t get an answer. When a depressed Jackie confines to Todd that she doesn’t know what to do with her relationship with Kelso, Todd suggests a hug from him will cheer her up; Jackie smiles and goes to hug him, only for Todd to surprise her with a kiss. Jackie who is shocked but lets him continue to kiss her. As the two of them continue kissing Eric bumps into them who was at the mall doing some shopping, shocking Jackie and Todd. This not only just makes Eric happy of catching Jackie making out with her boss but is also glad that he went shopping today. When a worried Todd asks Jackie what to do she tells him to run which he does.
Not wanting Eric to tell Kelso of the kiss with Todd, Jackie agrees to be Eric’s slave to keep him quiet, which pleases Eric. However, Eric secretly tells Donna, Hyde and Fez (each of them privately) of the kiss, shocking them but also agrees to keep it a secret. After Jackie does things for Eric such as getting him free cheese and scratching his back with a wooden kitchen mallet, she tries to reason with him by confessing of her strained relationship with Kelso and admitting of accepting the kiss with Todd because of her feeling vulnerable but also tells Eric that she still loves Kelso and that she made a terrible mistake. Jackie then tells Eric that she hoped he would understand her situation and have compassion but Eric however dismisses her pleas and orders her to shine his dull shoes. Jackie however tells Eric no and turns the table around that she may have kissed Todd but Eric knew about the kiss, which is worse. When a shocked Eric is confused by this Jackie explains that girlfriends are supposed to lie but best friends are supposed to be loyal, including telling them everything and because of the fact that Eric knows and didn’t tell Kelso first hand that would make him look bad. As Jackie plans to tell Kelso everything that happened with her and Todd she and Eric race to find Kelso. At the Cheese Palace Todd is sorting out the sausage when he sees Jackie and Eric running, both of them knowing that Kelso’s not here. But Jackie bumps into Todd and tells him that even though he enjoyed the kiss but tells him that it’ll never happen between them and that he must move on from her, but demands that he doesn’t fire her because she needs the job and tells Todd that she’ll see him tomorrow, leaving a confused Todd silent. As soon as Eric arrives at the Hub he sees Kelso and Jackie together. When he tries to tell him; Kelso however, who is upset due to Jackie confessing to him of the kiss with Todd, angrily leaves.
At the Forman Basement Kelso tells Hyde, Donna and Fez of the kiss between Jackie and Todd. After discussing of what to do they then agree to go over to the cheese palace and see Kelso beat Todd up. When they arrived at the cheese shop Kelso confronts Todd and asks him of who he thinks he is for kissing his girlfriend. Todd then responds to Kelso that if he would have paid attention to Jackie, whom he refers to as a "gorgeous creature" more than his modeling job then none of this would have happened, which upset Kelso furthermore. Kelso then punches the other man in the stomach, only for Todd to not feel any pain from the impact much to Kelso’s dismay and the others amazement. When a cowardly Kelso uses a cheese board to shield himself Todd then surprises Kelso and the others by punching the cheese board, splitting it into two. Todd then tells Kelso that he’s a black belt, much to Kelso’s terror and the trio even more amazed by this with Hyde responding "Alright! Didn’t see that coming!". Soon afterwards Todd then beats up Kelso, who also gives him a black eye.
Throughout the entire season that even though Todd is never seen again after the events of Jackie's Cheese Squeeze but this causes Kelso to have trust issues with Jackie, even accusing her of kissing other guys. Not being able to forgive Jackie for this Kelso eventually breaks up with her.

- Christopher Masterson who plays Todd is the real life brother of Danny Masterson who plays one of the main characters Steven Hyde.
- Because of Todd not felling hurt from Kelso’s attack by punching him in the stomach it’s most likely that Todd has a high pain tolerance.
