Synopsis[]
Eric makes plans to sell Donna's engagement ring to fund taking a year off, but when he learns Donna threw it from the water tower the gang goes searching for it, with disastrous results.

- This is the first episode in which Donna is blonde and she keeps that color for the final two seasons of the series. That is because Laura Prepon dyed her natural hair color for her role as the eponymous character in Karla in she's a blonde. Either way, the opening credits from seasons 5 and 6 are still used.
