Ronald "Ron" Milbank is a minor character who was mentioned in the episode A New Hope. He is the father of David Milbank.

Ron Milbank was first mentioned by Red when he tells his family that he bumped into the man at K-Mart and that not only has Ron and his son David moved back to Point Place but Ron plans to reopen the Auto Parts Plant and wants Red to come back to working there full time, which made Red, Kitty and Laurie happy (despite the fact that Red himself hated Ron but still smiles happy whenever he sees him.) However it is later revealed by David when he tells Eric that his father only reopened the plant to use up the inventory, meaning that Red will eventually be out of the job which David smugly insults Eric with this confession. Because of this and wanting to get revenge on David for trying to steal Donna from him, Eric punches and breaks David’s nose, causing David to leave in defeat. When Eric returns home he almost tells Red of what he learned from David but decides not to tell his father since Red and Kitty were going to enjoy a date night; Eric however confines to Laurie about the plant closing soon and their father also about to be jobless.
