Rebecca Erdman is a minor character on the FOX comedy That '70s Show. She is portrayed by Shannon Holt. She was the host mother of Fez when he came to America until the episode Who's Been Sleeping Here?

Rebecca was first introduced when she and her husband Matthew talked to their host son Fez about their concerns of him hanging out with Eric and the gang who Matthew prefers to as "ruffians", even her and her husband believing they are bad influence for Fez. Fez tries convincing them that Eric and the others are not bad and that they are his friends but Matthew and Rebecca do not believe him and even Matthew is angry that Fez brought Eric’s album of Kiss into the house. Matthew then tells Rebecca to play the album in backwards to demonstrate the music to Fez and after listening he then state that the music is associated with the Devil; Fez then starts to laugh and when Matthew asks what’s funny Fez responds that in his language the record says "I want to sex your monkey." This statement leaves Matthew and Rebecca silent and mortified with Fez saying that he never did any of that with Rebecca crying on Matthew’s shoulders.
Later on Fez and Hyde are sitting in the living room of the Erdman’s house and both are listening to rock music (with the boys placing the rock music with albums such as Pat Boone and BJ Thomas as a disguise) with sound proof headphones when Rebecca comes to give the boys some cookies to snack on. Hyde and Fez pretend to sing "Raindrops Keep Fallin' On My Head" with Rebecca smiling at them and then leaves the room.
Even though Rebecca was never seen again after the events of Drive-In but she and Matthew were mentioned a few times in the series and in the episode Who's Been Sleeping Here? it is revealed that after she and her husband found out that Fez had already graduated High School they took his money, gave him a bible and kicked him out of their home, leaving Fez temporarily homeless; this even caused Fez to break into the Grooves Records store at night so he could have a place to sleep and even goes to the Forman House so he can take a shower to clean himself until Fez and Kelso moved into an apartment together.
