Joyce Ferguson is the wife of the Point Place High School P.E. coach Ferguson however she was unfaithful to her husband (which may have hinted that she was neglected by her husband when Kelso tells Fez that she is always lonely), into which she spends her time flirting and pursuing men; including younger men when she approaches and flirts with Kelso. She is first seen at the supermarket Piggly Wiggly when she sees and flirts with Kelso when he brings Fez to the store in order for them to find the potential new replacement of the "hot older married woman" after Midge Pinciotti leaves her family and Point Place; Joyce herself was considered by Kelso to be one of the potential candidates. At the end of the episode she was seen at Charlie's Bar with a drink in her hand and is seated next to both Red and the crying Bob when Red brought him for drinks in order to help Bob get over his heartbreak from Midge when she tries to flirt with Red with a playful "Hi" before taking a sip of her drink (which Kelso also pointed out earlier that she may have also been an alcoholic).
