Jack Miller is a character that was introduced in the episode 5:15. He is the son of Charlie Miller and the older brother of Mitch Miller.

Jack was first seen at his wedding reception (at the hotel ballroom where Eric works) with his wife Elaine and many family members and friends, including his brother Mitch who also brought Donna (as his pretend wedding date), Fez and Jackie to the wedding. Later on when it came to family, friends and guests giving wedding speeches to Jack and Elaine, Mitch not only just gives his speech to his brother and Elaine but he also announces his "engagement" to Donna who introduces her to everyone as his "fiancée", much to Eric’s, Donna’s and their friends’ shock. An angry Donna soon after confronts Mitch for his lies, Mitch however comments that she’s feisty and insults her that she’s also feisty in the bedroom. Mitch’s deception was the last straw for Eric as soon furiously confronts Mitch and humiliates him by correcting everyone that he is Donna’s fiancé and tells everyone that Mitch is a "lying, crazy lunatic" and yells out that Mitch is crazy. Eric however soon becomes embarrassed by his outburst as he also almost ruined the wedding before he looks at Jack and Elaine with Eric awkwardly congratulating the couple on their special day. An embarrassed Mitch soon afterwards leaves the wedding.
