Diane Kaminsky also known as Ms. Kaminsky is a character that was introduced in the episode Prom Night. She is portrayed by Grey DeLisle. She is the English teacher at Point Place High School.

Ms. Kaminsky was first seen at the prom in the Point Place High School when she approaches Eric, Donna and Kelso and asks them if they were having a good time when Fez comes to her and asks her to dance with him, which she rejects (since she is still the teacher and that the relationship between a teacher and a student is not allowed) and walks away. She also joined in dancing along with the prom goers when Mrs. Clark performed her song "I Will Survive".
At the end of the episode Ms. Kaminsky eventually agrees to dance with Fez along with the gang dancing. Fez then tries asking Eric if he could have the keys to the motel room that Eric attended for him and Donna to have sex for the first time; Kaminsky once again tells Fez that she is not going to the motel with him, much to his dismay as they both continue to dance.
