Andrew Davis is Fez's friend back from his home country. He has a very different accent than Fez, and a different skin tone, which the two of them explain is due to the fact that they live on two different sides of the island back home.
Biography[]
Andrew convinces Fez to come back to their home country after he was rejected by Jackie Burkhart. When he informed Jackie that Fez was leaving, and could not stay knowing that he hurt the woman he loved, Jackie was convinced that she had to win Fez back. Andrew seems rather disdainful of Jackie, insulting both her and Donna (who he had mistaken for Jackie). Still, like Fez, he has a fondness for women, and flirted with both Donna, and Jackie, who he offered to make out with.
